DecimalTextField

用来限制用户输入小数点限制的封装类，继承自 UITextField

使用注意

在使用 DecimalTextFieldDelegate 时，父类 UITextFieldDelegate 代理通过 DecimalTextFieldDelegate 方法实现，UITextFieldDelegate 将使用无效（代理不能继承）
